Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) is one of the premier institutions in the field of Technical and Management Education. Established in 2001 by the Shri Ram Educational Trust, Noida, the institute was founded on a no-profit basis with a firm commitment to fostering a holistic approach toward the development of engineering and management education in India.

The Trust, formed in the year 2000, has witnessed a remarkable journey of growth and success. Today, it has established a group of educational institutions offering undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in engineering, management, and related fields. Plans are also underway to introduce doctoral programs in the near future.

GNIOT is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Education, Government of India, and is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. What sets GNIOT apart is its visionary planning and holistic approach to delivering technical and professional education through state-of-the-art infrastructure and modern pedagogical techniques.

The primary objective of the institute is to nurture highly creative, skilled, and ethical professionals who can make significant contributions to both talent development and nation-building.

Adding to its legacy, GNIOT achieved a major milestone by securing NAAC A+ Accreditation in 2024 during its very first accreditation cycle—a testament to its academic excellence and institutional quality. Looking ahead, the institute is actively preparing for NBA accreditation for several departments, marking yet another step in its journey toward excellence.
